Front of House Attendants
The Hills Club is a medium sized club located in the heart of Baulkham Hills, in Sydney’s beautiful Hills District. Our club offers our 4,000 members excellent facilities including 2 bars, a restaurant, Tab/Keno, gaming, 2 bowling greens and an outdoor dining area.
We are a modern and busy club with a popular in-house catering setting known as ‘The Hub’ which is open for both lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We offer high quality and relaxing dining experiences to our community, hosting a range of functions, meetings, and barefoot bowls events.

We are currently seeking outgoing and well-presented casual front of house attendants to join our team.
In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer and wine

Accurately and efficiently operate a Point of Sale.

Providing excellent service to enhance the customer experience

Work in conjunction with management to suggest new products and ideas.
To be successful in this role you will:

Ideally have previous experience working in a bar/gaming role, however this is not essential and training can be provided

Have flexible working availability including nights and weekends

Be reliable and punctual

Have exceptional communication skills and presentation

Have a high regard for cleanliness

Possess A positive ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team

Have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Possess the ability to problem solve and think on your feet

Hold an RSA & RCG competency card or willing to obtain on employment
