Front of House Attendants

The Hills Club is a medium sized club located in the heart of Baulkham Hills, in Sydney’s beautiful Hills District. Our club offers our 4,000 members excellent facilities including 2 bars, a restaurant, Tab/Keno, gaming, 2 bowling greens and an outdoor dining area.

We are a modern and busy club with a popular in-house catering setting known as ‘The Hub’ which is open for both lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We offer high quality and relaxing dining experiences to our community, hosting a range of functions, meetings, and barefoot bowls events.

As a member of our staffing team, we can offer you a fun and professional working environment, ongoing training, club uniform and free onsite parking.

We are currently seeking outgoing and well-presented casual front of house attendants to join our team.

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer and wine

  • Accurately and efficiently operate a Point of Sale.

  • Providing excellent service to enhance the customer experience

  • Work in conjunction with management to suggest new products and ideas.  

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Ideally have previous experience working in a bar/gaming role, however this is not essential and training can be provided

  • Have flexible working availability including nights and weekends

  • Be reliable and punctual

  • Have exceptional communication skills and presentation

  • Have a high regard for cleanliness

  • Possess A positive ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team

  • Have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • Possess the ability to problem solve and think on your feet

  • Hold an RSA & RCG competency card or willing to obtain on employment
